HANDI-WHEELS RECEIVES THREE AWARDS


Generous grant awards from the Alex Stern Family Foundation, Horace Lions Club, and FM Area Foundation gifted to Handi-Wheels

Handi-Wheels Transportation is pleased to announce three recent awards.

  • The Alex Stern Family Foundation has awarded Handi-Wheels a $10,000 grant for general operating support.
  • The Horace Lions Club has gifted $5,000 for general operating support.
  • The FM Area Foundation notified Handi-Wheels of a general operating support grant of $4,000. 


“These generous awards are very important to our survival,” says Handi-Wheels Executive Director Roger Kjos, “especially with inflation and recovery from the pandemic. They make a huge impact on our passengers, and we are grateful.”
